Agreement and eligibility

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. You must be able to enter a binding contract and provide accurate, current information.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, burden the service through automated activity, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Products and personalization

Product colors, grain, finish, placement, and engraving appearance may vary because of screens, natural materials, coatings, manufacturing tolerances, and the personalization process. Reasonable variation is not a defect.

• You are responsible for spelling, dates, sizing, addresses, and personalization details you submit or approve.
• Approval of a digital proof authorizes production based on that proof.
• We may refuse content or an order that is unlawful, hateful, threatening, infringing, unsafe, technically unsuitable, or inconsistent with our standards.

Orders, pricing, and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order because of pricing errors, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, technical limitations, or prohibited content. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled portion. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout when available.

Intellectual property

The website, Craftenzo branding, original designs, text, graphics, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Craftenzo Brands LLC. Customer-submitted content remains owned by its respective owner, subject to the limited production license in our Customer Artwork and IP Authorization.

Third-party services

Our site may use or link to third-party ecommerce, payment, shipping, or social platforms. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and we are not responsible for sites we do not control.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. To the extent permitted by law, Craftenzo Brands LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Governing law and changes

Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Collin County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date.
