Customer Artwork & IP Authorization

Effective August 18, 2026 · Responsibilities when submitting names, logos, photographs, or artwork.

Your authorization

By submitting content for personalization, you confirm that you own it or have all permissions, licenses, releases, and authority needed for Craftenzo to reproduce, adapt, engrave, etch, print, display in a private proof, and otherwise use it solely to quote, prepare, manufacture, deliver, and support your order.

People, brands, and protected material

  • For photographs or personal information, you have permission from the people depicted or identified, including a parent or guardian where legally required.
  • For company names, logos, team marks, artwork, characters, lyrics, quotes, or other protected material, you have permission from the relevant rights holder unless the use is otherwise legally authorized.
  • Submitting an image found online does not by itself give you permission to reproduce it.

Limited production license

You grant Craftenzo a nonexclusive, limited license to store, resize, crop, convert, trace, position, reproduce, and transmit submitted content only as reasonably necessary to evaluate and fulfill the order, maintain required records, resolve a dispute, or comply with law. We do not obtain ownership of your original content.

No automatic marketing permission

We will not use customer-submitted names, photographs, private artwork, or finished personalized products in advertising, social media, or a public portfolio without separate permission.

Review and refusal

We may, but are not required to, review submitted content. We may reject or stop an order we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, threatening, unsafe, or technically unsuitable. Accepting a file does not mean we verified your rights to use it.

Claims and responsibility

You are responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable costs resulting from your breach of this authorization, to the extent permitted by law. This does not make you responsible for Craftenzo’s independent modifications or uses outside the limited authorization. A rights complaint should identify the work, challenged use, your contact information, and explain your authority and good-faith belief.
